Warranty details can easily be added to any product at the point of delivery with start and end dates related to the warranty itself. These details are then tracked against the product and also the customer inventory, allowing you to easily see the product that each customer has under warranty, when that warrant began and when it is due to expire, making it easy for you support team to see the status of each product as customer has.
