These stock figures are updated whenever sales are made (online or offline) or if new stock is received. This ensures that your customers only ever see products that can be delivered and, if required, can even see the live stock figure on your web store.
As orders are placed and then progressed through your production and distribution processes, Advanced Business Cloud updates your eCommerce platform. This can then trigger updates to customers however you wish (dependent on your eCommerce platform).
